The Parole Authority considers a significant amount of material about a Serious Offender before making a decision whether parole is in the interests of community safety. This includes, but is not limited to: all reports, advice and recommendations of the Serious Offenders Review Council and Community Corrections; Sentencing Judge's remarks; criminal history; psychological or psychiatric reports; submissions by victims and any submission made on behalf of the State or Commissioner CSNSW.
