Anniversary date refers to annual eligibility date for when an inmate can be reviewed for parole.
It can be 12, 24, 36 etc months after the first time they come up for parole consideration.
If an inmate is refused parole, they are relisted teh following year on their anniversary date.
When the Parole Authority finds parole is appropriate, the inmate is released on their anniversary date, or another date deemed suitable.
The release of all inmates from custody is organised and managed by Corrective Services NSW.
