The State Parole Authority has granted parole with supervision and strict conditions, including electronic monitoring, for offender FD, who was sentenced to 24 years for murder.
Judge Mark Marien, SC delivered the parole determination today after reserving judgment at a public review hearing held 24 February. No State Submissions were made at this hearing.
The SPA’s reasons and the conditions of parole are outlined in the determination.
FD will be released from custody by CSNSW on a date no earlier than 7 April 2023 and no later than 14 April 2023.
