Intensive Correction Orders

An ICO is a court sentence of not more than two years which is served in the community under the strict supervision of Community Corrections officers.

Courts can sentence eligible offenders providing Community Corrections assesses them as suitable
ICOs have mandatory standard conditions and at least one additional condition imposed at sentencing
