Intensive Correction Orders

An Intensive Correction Order (ICO) is an alternative to a full-time prison sentence. It is a court sentence of not more than two years which is served in the community under the strict supervision of Community Corrections officers.
Victims

Victims of crime, or their family, have the right to be heard before the SPA makes a final parole decision for the offender. A victim’s submission is always considered and can remain confidential.
